Let me start off by saying your are going to see bad grammar , english was my worst subject . In saying that everything you read will be my honest feeling about the city that I live in , that say lets get start it .
I will start by talking about our favorite people Chester PD . I guess it was last sunday when a man was shot on 18 st the cops respond quickly to call , hey that was great right , but Lets block the street with our patrol car so the ambulance cannot make it down street , one of the neighbors had to yell " move your cars so they can get through" but it was important to toss out random names of the person who was shot laughing and joking . I understand that they need to have a sense of humor , but there is a time and place for it and that wasn't it . The cops wonder why the community is so hostile towards them I know you have to be tough being a cop in chester some of my good friends is cops . They know the balance between being hard on the ones who need it , and serving the community i.e asking a person how are you doing to day , instead of get against the wall how about talking to the youth maybe one of the young thugs will get your message and change his life . What we see from the police is what we expect another example , I remember one night in bennie's bar having a drink and this couple was there having fun the male had just came home from jail . So a off duty cop came in the bar , while the man was in the bathroom the cop was trying to holla at his girl , girl let her man know what was going on . The man with respect told the cop hey this is my girl and we our out to have a good time , well the cop took offense to it . Half the night the cop was doing smart you know what i want to say to the couple . The man was upset and ask the cop came u leave me and my girl alone im a man just like you can you please stop disrespecting me . the cop proceed to get smart and tell the man " i will like your ass up " and call for back up . these cops came in off duty point and they was going to lock him up no question ask until the barkeeper step in and then he was allow to walk home with his girl . So what we see is what we expect , we have to respect the police as well as they need to respect us a little bit more . The crime will begin to decrease will the the people start to trust and believe in polce then more crimes will be solve for the people will step up and help the police . TRUST AND RESPECT FROM BOTH ENDS THEN TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE CHESTER BETTER .
